Hosting

Processing and storage happen in data centres in Frankfurt am Main. Nothing is stored outside the EU.

Data processing agreement

For production use you need a data processing agreement with us. You can sign it under Settings, without going through sales.

Recording notice

Every caller hears the recording notice at the start. The sentence can be adjusted but not switched off.

Retention

Retention periods for recordings and transcripts are configured separately. Shorter periods for audio than for text are common, because the text is enough for analysis.

Access and deletion

If a caller requests access or deletion, you can find every conversation for a phone number through search and delete them individually or together. Deletion covers the recording, the transcript and the derived fields.
