Every plan includes one channel of your choice (phone, web widget or WhatsApp), each further channel costs €39 a month. For high volume there is Enterprise with custom terms.
Because every minute of conversation runs speech recognition, a language model and a natural voice in real time, plus the phone network and secure operation in the EU. Every elunos.ai plan includes minutes that count on all channels: a voice conversation counts in minutes, whether on the phone, in the web widget or as a WhatsApp call, and a text conversation in the web widget or on WhatsApp counts as 5 minutes. The 1,000 minutes on Starter therefore cover 1,000 call minutes or 200 text conversations or any mix of the two. Standard AI models are included in the price; if a conversation step runs a Premium model, the minute counts double (2×).
