Why we exist
Every missed call is a missed customer, a lost booking, a question left hanging. Most businesses still lose calls every day, not because they do not care, but because no one can be on the phone all the time.
We think that should be a solved problem. elunos.ai agents answer every call, understand what the caller needs, act in the systems a business already uses and hand off cleanly to a human when it matters. The result is simple: businesses sound available and on top of things, around the clock.
We are an early, ambitious team building this from Germany, with privacy and reliability at the core rather than bolted on later.
What is elunos.ai?
elunos.ai is a European platform for AI phone agents, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Businesses use it to build voice agents without code that answer inbound calls, book appointments, take orders and resolve requests directly in the systems they already run, such as calendars, CRMs and helpdesks.
The brand is written elunos.ai, lowercase and always with the .ai. It is operated by elunos.ai Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Every call is processed in Frankfurt and no data leaves the EU.
