How it connects
- Sign-in with the Google account via OAuth 2.0. Google lists the calendar.freebusy scope for checking availability and calendar.events for creating, changing and deleting events.
- A Google account holding the calendar your appointments live in, personal or Google Workspace.
- Workspace admins can restrict third-party apps from sensitive data. If yours does, it has to allow elunos.ai.
Not part of the connection
- Gmail, Drive and Contacts: only the calendar is shared.
- Calendars you do not select during setup.
Good to know
- Out of office, focus time and working location are separate event types that Google only offers on primary calendars and not to every account.
- Guests only receive an email invitation when the event is created with notifications. Otherwise the Google API sends nothing.
- A free/busy query expands groups of at most 50 calendars. Larger teams select calendars individually.

Not for offering times. The free/busy query returns busy periods only, no titles or guests. elunos.ai only needs to read and change the events it moves or cancels.
Both. Sign-in uses OAuth for any Google account. In Workspace, admins can restrict third-party apps and then need to allow elunos.ai.
At setup you choose which calendars count for availability and which one gets the bookings. elunos.ai checks every selected calendar for clashes.
Only if you want that. Google only emails invitations when an event is created with guest notifications switched on.
Anything Google Calendar treats as busy is not offered. Out of office is its own event type, which Google only provides on the primary calendar and not for every account.
