It applies your rules, not its own judgement. You define which callers and which subjects are put through immediately; everything else is recorded and lands on the callback list.
No, and it is set up not to. It answers organisational questions such as appointments, deadlines and missing documents. Anything that is advice goes to a person.
Calls are processed in Frankfurt, data never leaves the EU, and a data processing agreement is available. Which data is stored and for how long is your setting, not a default you have to accept.
There is no direct DATEV integration. Appointments go into the connected calendar and call summaries can be sent onward through n8n, Make or Zapier. If a direct connection matters to you, tell us: we build integrations by demand.
