Developers are optional and typically only involved when a team wants a custom integration beyond the built-in connectors and the n8n and Zapier catalogs.

Pricing is usage-based and starts free: the Free tier includes a monthly allowance of 30 call minutes and 300 chats, with no credit card required. Paid plans share one monthly allowance for calls and chats that you can mix freely, and annual billing adds 20 percent more allowance at the same price.
