The one booking interface documented publicly is the one for the online booking partner Dr. Flex: it is switched on in the DS-Win appointment book and kept in step with DS-WIN-Termin.
- The practice runs DS-Win with the DS-WIN-Termin appointment book, which Dampsoft sells as a separate product extension.
- Dampsoft grants access to the interface for your practice. What the vendor requires for that is settled during setup.
- Opening hours, shifts and public holidays are set in the appointment book. They decide which time can be offered at all.
- The treatment types that may be booked by phone exist in the appointment book.
