- Through samedi's Booking API. Appointment types and open times are read with an API key, and bookings without a samedi patient account use the same key.
- A samedi Comfort package. samedi's price list (January 2026) includes the Booking API in it at no extra charge, and booking without a patient account requires it.
- The appointment types meant for phone booking are bookable online in samedi and allow booking without a patient account. Your institution's administrator sets this in samedi.
- Which patient details are mandatory for a booking is up to each institution's samedi settings.
- samedi support has to enable booking rights for the API. According to samedi's docs this typically takes up to 2 working days; until then the API is read only.

- Findings, documents and the patient health record
- Appointment types that are not bookable online in samedi
- Cancelling or moving existing appointments: the Booking API documents no way to do that without a patient account.
