Greetings, questions, bookings and handoffs are configured by clicking, not coding. Developers are optional and typically only involved when a team wants a custom integration beyond the built-in connectors and the n8n and Zapier catalogs.

Paid plans share one monthly allowance for calls and chats that you can mix freely, and annual billing adds 20 percent more allowance at the same price.
