- Through a vendor interface (API). For partner solutions medatixx provides the medatixx-HealthHub, which it describes as FHIR-based and encrypted in transit, and which admits partner solutions only after an accreditation. Which data a partner may request in detail is not published.
- Your practice runs medatixx, psyx or x.isynet. On x.concept, x.comfort or EL, medatixx requires an upgrade to the medatixx program first.
- The medatixx-HealthHub is booked for your practice: in the mein.medatixx customer area for medatixx and psyx, inside the software or through your medatixx service partner for x.isynet.
- The accreditation medatixx requires for partner solutions in the HealthHub. This prerequisite is settled during setup.
- Visit types and consultation hours are kept in the appointment calendar, because elunos.ai only offers what is free there.
