Someone with admin rights opens the process search in T2med (Ctrl + Space), finds third-party access and switches elunos.ai on.
Confirm the sign-in
elunos.ai shows a code. You confirm it in the browser on the T2med sign-in server and the connection is live.
Choose what becomes a note
Decide which requests land in T2med, for example prescriptions, referrals and callbacks, and which doctor and site they are filed under.
Test call, then forward
Call in yourself, check the note on a test patient in T2med, then forward the practice number.

How it connects
- Through T2med's FHIR API. According to the integration guide, a third party signs in with the OAuth 2.0 device flow and sends the API key T2med issues on activation with every request.
- The practice activates elunos.ai as a third party in T2med. That takes the user right "Administration / Externe API Drittanbieter-Zugriff verwalten", which administrators have by default.
- Notes are written inside a context the third party creates itself. T2med documents that path from version 26.10.
- The FHIR API is served by the practice's own T2med server. T2med says it comes at no extra cost as part of regular software maintenance.
Not part of the connection
- Appointments and the appointment book: the public integration guide lists no interface for them.
- Diagnoses, findings, treatments and billing
- Issuing prescriptions or referrals: elunos.ai only files the request, the practice issues them.
Good to know
- T2med's public integration guide describes no appointment interface, so elunos.ai does not book appointments in T2med. Requests are passed on as notes.
- elunos.ai gives no medical assessment. Urgency is the practice's call.
- elunos.ai is an independent product and not part of T2med.

Built for patient data
elunos.ai only ever touches the fields it needs to book a call: nothing clinical, nothing financial. Data is processed under a data-processing agreement (AVV) and hosted in Germany.
