„Is it in stock?" answered from CGM LAUER

CGM LAUER, based in Fürth and part of CompuGroup Medical, makes WINAPO ux, the current generation of its system for German high-street pharmacies. Many of these pharmacies already take orders through platforms such as IhreApotheken.de or APOZIN, yet the phone keeps ringing, mostly to ask whether something is in stock. elunos.ai takes those calls. The aim is to give callers the answer WINAPO already has and file pre-orders where your team works anyway, provided CGM LAUER grants access for your pharmacy.

The calls that come with CGM LAUER

“I ordered on IhreApotheken.de yesterday. Is it ready?”

elunos.ai says openly that elunos.ai cannot see the status of platform orders, and notes name and order time for a callback.

In CGM LAUER: Nothing. Your team handles the platform order in WINAPO.

“I need a repeat prescription for my thyroid tablets. Could you ask my doctor?”

elunos.ai takes name, product and practice and says the pharmacy will be in touch.

In CGM LAUER: Nothing. The request is a note for the team.

“Is the pack you put aside for me still there?”

elunos.ai asks for the name and hands the question to the team rather than guessing from stock levels.

In CGM LAUER: Nothing. The team checks and calls back.

Connection

Requirements and limits

How it connects

  • Through a vendor interface (API) that CGM LAUER has to release for your pharmacy. CGM states publicly that WINAPO ux shares stock with connected ordering platforms and takes their orders in. There is no open API documentation for third parties, so this page names no endpoints and no sign-in method.
  • Your pharmacy runs WINAPO ux and keeps its stock there.
  • CGM LAUER grants access to the interface for your WINAPO installation. What the vendor requires for that is settled during setup.

Not part of the connection

  • Prescriptions and e-prescriptions
  • Customer records, medication data and till receipts
  • Orders to wholesalers and manufacturers, for example over MSV3, which stay with your team

Good to know

  • Access to the interface is granted by the vendor; its scope and requirements are only settled once access is granted.
  • CGM LAUER does not publish open API documentation. The fields the interface returns depend on the access set up for your installation.
  • CGM describes the documented shop connections for WINAPO ux. This page therefore promises nothing for WINAPO 64 until it has been checked.
  • elunos.ai gives no pharmaceutical advice; that stays with your pharmacy staff. Questions about dosage, use or interactions go to them as well.
  • elunos.ai is an independent product and not part of CompuGroup Medical.

Security

Built for patient data

elunos.ai only ever touches the fields it needs to book a call: nothing clinical, nothing financial. Data is processed under a data-processing agreement (AVV) and hosted in Germany.
