On 6 August 2026 the IONOS product page listed three plans: €39 a month with 30 calls (€0.49 per call after), €69 with 100 calls (€0.39 after) and €99 with all calls included. All cancellable monthly, one month free. Prices may have changed since.
elunos.ai bills per conversation minute rather than per call. The difference shows once calls vary in length: a 30-call bundle is generous for short questions and runs out quickly on long bookings. The calculator on the pricing page shows what that means for a given call volume.
IONOS states “hosting in Europe” on the product page without naming a location. elunos.ai is hosted in Frankfurt, and caller and customer data do not leave the EU.
