The documentation is live
elunos.ai/docs now carries a full set of documentation: setup, core concepts, day to day operation. In English and German, with search and a button that hands you any page as Markdown.

Until now the answers to "how do I set this up" lived in conversations, emails and onboarding calls. Now they live in one place: the documentation.
What is in it
Four areas under the Platform tab:
- Introduction: what elunos.ai is and what the agent actually handles during a call
- Quickstart: the path from nothing to the first answered call
- Core concepts: the terms you trip over anyway, defined properly
- Operations: what running it day to day involves and what to watch
Two decisions you can see
Every page can be copied out as Markdown. One button, one click, the whole page as plain text. That is not a niche feature: anyone setting something up today tends to have an AI assistant open, and those work far better with Markdown than with a fragment of rendered HTML.
The documentation follows the platform's design, not the website's. Black and white instead of navy, dark by default. Someone stepping out of the product to look something up should not feel they have accidentally landed on a sales page. Light and dark can be switched in the top right.
What is deliberately missing
The API Reference tab exists but is not published. There is no public API yet, and a reference for endpoints nobody can call costs trust and gets indexed wrongly. The tab appears when there is something to document.
Something missing or wrong?
The documentation grows with what people ask about. If a page leaves a question open, tell us. Filling a gap is quicker than guessing at one.
